MagFlux Electromagnetic measurement
Flow Measurement
With MJK's MagFlux electromagnetic flowmeter, you can measure flow in electrically conductive liquids in closed, pressurized pipe systems with great precision. MagFlux measures full accuracy at a fluctuation of 0.25% down to a speed of 0.2 m/sec. This not only ensures a high accuracy at low flow, but it also expands the flowmeter's dynamic measurement range. This is why high precision is also obtained even when measurements large areas.

MagFlux for fully running pipes has no moving parts, which offers the advantage that the flowmeter does not affect the pressure conditions of the pipe system. The modern modular design is flexible and can be used to measure many types of flow in conductive fluids. Due to the high data reliability, the flow meter is used widely to eliminate water waste due to leakage and as flow measurement of wastewater.
MJK sensors are easy to install. They are designed according to installation lengths ISO standards. To obtain highly qualified measurements, you just need 3x diameter straight pipe in the inlet direction and 2x diameter in the outlet direction. The sensor meets this goal for many of the smaller dimensions, giving you flexible installation options.

MagFlux flowmeters, converters and displays are produced in stainless steel and fiberglass-reinforced polyester, and therefore provide maximum protection against the environmental challenges faced by the equipment. Our measuring instruments cover a wide range of installation types and are developed with competitive specifications, so they can be combined in different way to meet specific requirements.
Why Choose MJK Flow Meter
Features of MJK MagFlux
High Precision
MagFlux is designed to eliminate water loss and measures with a deviation of as little as 0.25% at 0.2 m/sec. Even at low flow rates the precision is top notch - just as measurements are at high speed.
Robust Design
MJK MagFlux flow meters are produced in a robust and modular design with unique mounting options.
Accuracy
Outstanding measuring design methods eliminate non-revenue water.
Build in Lengths
MJK flow sensors are easy to install and meet ISO standards for installation lengths. All you need is 3xdiameter straight pipe inlet and 2xdiameter outlet to obtain highly qualified measurements. The sensor itself meets this requirement for many of the smaller dimensions
Flexibility
Our sensors and converters can be combined as needed to handle individual installations. This is why you are guaranteed high precision no matter which piped conductive liquids are to be measured.
Usability
Our multilingual panel is intuitive, user-friendly and designed for automation.
Easy Installation
When setting up the MagFlux electromagnetic flow meter, use the included calibration code, which automatically adapts the converter to the sensor. It makes it easy to install and automate measurements.
Data Security
We take data seriously. Our solutions secure your data at any time.
Hydrostatic and Ultrasonic Flow Converter 713
Level Measurement
Flow Converter 713 is designed for measuring and recording water flow in open weirs and channels. Flow Converter 713 is a complete instrument for the measuring of instantaneous flow and recording of totalised water flow. It can be adapted to any type of weir or flume.

The built-in ISO 1438 formulas for flow calculations are pre-programmed with the most common flumes and weirs, such as Parshall, Venturi, Palmer-Bowles flumes and V-notch and rectangular weirs. Also to be used with non-standard channels and weirs often installed at waste water plants and storm flow locations.
