Excel Pipes Sdn Bhd is the experts in GRP piping systems serving the various liquid transport needs of the water, sewerage and other industrial applications in South East Asia. We have partnered with Farassan™ Manufacturing and Industrial Company, one of the leading GRP manufacturers in the world, to provide FARATEC® GRP pipe systems and related technologies in SE Asia. Our products include all GRP piping systems (pipes, joints and fittings) as well as GRP manholes, and FRP tanks.
Uniaxial
Designed for underground installations where support is provided by the surrounding soil and the bedding. These pipes are primarily used for transferring water and sewerage with pressure ratings up to 32bars.
Biaxial
Biaxial pipes are designed for aboveground applications, as well as in muddy soil conditions where support from surrounding soil is very low.
Jacking
Faratec® jacking pipes are used in trenchless applications in water and sewerage transfer, gas mains and oil pipeline applications.
Anti-static
Faratec® anti-static pipes are designed to eliminate any risk of fire when transferring highly combustible fluids in the pipes.
Fire Retardant
Our fire retardant pipes can withstand temperatures of up to 1100ËšC and meet all the IMO 753 and ASTM F1173 qualification requirements.
Anti-UV
We recommend anti-UV pipes when prolonged exposure to sun in aboveground applications.
